Quadro Versa expands Exolaunch’s four-point separation systems to support satellites up to and beyond 1,000 kg, with a design optimized for SpaceX Rideshare interfaces. The system scales seamlessly from 24 × 24” to 40 × 40”, enabling compatibility with a wide range of spacecraft footprints and launch configurations.
Quadro Versa provides shock-free, non-pyrotechnic separation, ensuring payload safety during release. Its locking mechanisms and pusher assemblies are derived from subsystems that have been successfully used across multiple flight missions, delivering proven reliability and robustness.
All four separation points are mechanically synchronized and released with a single command, reducing system complexity while improving operational reliability. The patented CarboNIX pusher lever architecture ensures a low average tumbling rate of approximately 0.6°/s across all axes. With a scalable structural design, exceptional stiffness, and ITAR-free availability, Quadro Versa is well suited for large-format, high-mass four-point satellite missions.
